# Having Agencies Recommend Candidates

 

🚨 For an agency to submit candidate information for shared Jobs, they need to access the **Agency Portal**.   
However, the portal link is not automatically shared with agencies through ZooKeep, so you need to provide them with the following link separately:

**Agency Portal URL**

1. To have agencies recommend candidates, first share the link to the **Agency Portal**.
2. [Share the Job with the agency.](https://kb.zookeep.com/en-us/share-jobs-with-agencies?hsLang=en-us)
3. In the **Agency Portal**, agencies can register candidate information and recommend candidates for the Jobs shared with them.
4. Candidates recommended through the **Agency Portal** are registered in the **Assigned** stage under the **Applications** tab of each Job. In the **Candidate Details** tab, you can view the agency’s information, and the candidate’s **Sourcing Channel** is automatically recorded as agency-referred.

💡 In the **Candidates** list, the **Creation Time** is displayed next to the **Creation Date**, allowing you to check which agency’s recommendation arrived first.
