# \[Hiring Decision\] Register the Hiring Result

Once all interviews are completed, register the hiring result.

In the **Applications** tab of the Job, select the candidate, then go to **Stages** → **Final Phase** → **Hiring Decision**, and click either **Proceed** or **Reject Candidate**.

If the candidate will not be hired, click **Reject Candidate**.
