Share a Private Job with Candidates

By default, Jobs created in ZooKeep are set to Private and are not published anywhere. However, if you want to share a Job with specific people outside your organization without making it publicly available, you can share it as a private posting.

💡 The URL of a private Job is hashed and will not be published anywhere on the internet.

How to Enable Private Posting

  1. In the Jobs section, select the Job you want to share and go to the Share Externally tab.
  2. In the Private Posting section, click the Edit button.

💡 In ZooKeep, you can edit Job details before sharing them externally. By default, all information registered in the Job is reflected, but if there is any information you do not want to share, you can edit and adjust it here. Changes made in this section will not affect the original Job details, so you can update safely. Additionally, clicking the Update to Latest Content button will refresh the posting with the most recent Job information.

How to Disable Private Posting

  1. Go to the Share Externally tab of the Job you want to set as private.

  2. Toggle the Private Posting switch off.

🚨 If you enable private posting again, a new URL will be generated, which will be different from the previous one.
