Posting Jobs on the Career Site

By default, Jobs created in ZooKeep are set to Private. If you want to make them publicly available to attract more candidates and enable direct applications, publish the Job on your career site.

💡 To publish Jobs on the career site, the career site must be enabled. Make sure to check and confirm this setting in advance: Enabling/Disabling the Career Site

💡 In ZooKeep, you can edit Job details when publishing them externally. By default, all information registered in the Job is reflected, but if there is any information you do not want to make public, you can edit and adjust it here. Changes made in this section will not affect the original Job details, so you can update safely. Additionally, clicking the Update to Latest Content button will refresh the posting with the most recent Job information.

When you switch Career Site to ON, a public Job page URL is automatically generated. You can use this link on your company’s recruitment page or share it directly with candidates.

How to Unpublish Jobs from the Career Site

  1. Go to the External Posting tab of the Job you want to unpublish.

  2. Toggle the Career Site switch off.

Notes on the On Hold Job Status

When you change a job’s status to On Hold, the “Share to Career Site” toggle will appear OFF on the screen.

However, this is only a visual change — the job will still remain visible on your career site unless it is manually unpublished beforehand.

To ensure a job is completely removed from the career site, please follow the steps below:

  1. Before switching the status to On Hold, turn OFF the “Share to Career Site” toggle while the job is still in the Open status.

  2. After confirming that the job is unpublished, update the status to On Hold if needed.

Following this order will prevent the job from accidentally remaining visible on your career site.
