Edit a Job
Power users can edit Jobs they have created or Jobs where they are assigned as the Hiring Manager. However, they cannot change the No. of Openings or the Job status.
Additionally, if a Power user changes the Hiring Manager, the change must be re-approved by an Administrator or Internal Recruiter.
- Click the Job Title of the Job you want to edit to open its details, then click the Edit button.

- The Edit Job page will open.
- Update the fields as needed, then click the Save button.
🚨 Note: If you make changes to the hiring process (e.g., interviews, screening questions), those changes will only apply to new applications. They will not affect candidates who are already in the hiring pipeline.
