Having Agencies Recommend Candidates

 

🚨 For an agency to submit candidate information for shared Jobs, they need to access the Agency Portal.
However, the portal link is not automatically shared with agencies through ZooKeep, so you need to provide them with the following link separately:

  1. To have agencies recommend candidates, first share the link to the Agency Portal.
  2. Share the Job with the agency.
  3. In the Agency Portal, agencies can register candidate information and recommend candidates for the Jobs shared with them.
  4. Candidates recommended through the Agency Portal are registered in the Assigned stage under the Applications tab of each Job. In the Candidate Details tab, you can view the agency’s information, and the candidate’s Sourcing Channel is automatically recorded as agency-referred.

💡 In the Candidates list, the Creation Time is displayed next to the Creation Date, allowing you to check which agency’s recommendation arrived first.
