In ZooKeep, smooth recruitment collaboration is made possible through two platforms: the company-side Client Portal and the agency-side Agency Portal.
Companies can share Job information with Agencies, and Agencies can submit candidate information back to the company. This centralizes and streamlines the process of managing Jobs and candidate referrals.
How Agency Collaboration Works
💡 To give an Agency access to the Agency Portal, you need to share the portal URL with them. Any representative from the Agency (i.e., anyone with the agency’s email address) can log in to the Agency Portal.
